Paris Studio:

Rental is by the week with there being no seasonal differential rates.  The studio rents for 770 euros for the first week and 700 euros for each consecutive week thereafter.  Not included is the daily taxe de sejour that we pay to the city of Paris.  The rates include a fully equipped newly renovated studio suitable for one or two people. All bedding and towels are included. Please note that this is a self-catering flat so there are no housekeeping services provided. You are responsible for cleaning the studio when you leave. The laundering of the sheets and towels at the end of your stay is included in the rates. If you are staying longer than one week and you wish to launder your sheets and towels along the way, there is a very good laundromat not far from the studio. Previous guests have a rate of 700 euros for each week of their stay.

First week (5, 6 or 7 nights) - 770 euros

Each additional consecutive week - 700 euros  

Local, national and many international phone calls are free (list available upon request). Calls to mobile phones and other "pay as you go" numbers are not free (06, 07 and most 08 numbers). The studio includes free wifi with the connection using fibre. All electricity and hot water are included for weekly rentals.
